Damon Dash, most (positively) noted for starting Roc-A-Fella Records with Jay Z (note: most of the other press he's had within the last seven years has been negative) has decided to dip into the automotive game. First he attempted to release a special edition Camaro for a company called BlakRoc. Customization included: tinted windows, the taillights are smoked, and even the Chevy bow tie goes dark to complete the look. The Black on Black classic combination subtly comes to life with flat black racing stripes front to back with the BlakRoc logo inlayed in metallic on the hood and rear spoiler. Interior includes the BlakRoc logo embedded in custom design kick plates and black on black BR logo custom embroidered on center console.”
However, recently Dash teamed up with an oil factory based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn to sell car oil products and shot a video at the Classic Car Club in NYC and Bass Oil Factory in Brooklyn. According to the oil’s packaging in the video, the product is geared toward classic car collectors.
