The Aston Martin DB9 starred in the two most recent Bond films is about to replace, the preview of the concept was unveiled at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, last week.
Though, more details of the model are not revealed, it looks like the car is finished on the similar lines inspired by the One-77 hypercar. The powertrain is expected to have the same 6.0-liter V12 as the DB9, with more power.
Project AM310 is the third concept vehicle from Aston Martin, which is developed from the Gaydon-based manufacturer to be unveiled at Villa d’Este. Vehicles like One-77 in 2009 and the V12 Zagato in 2011 were also unveiled here.
Aston Martin will use Carbonfibre throughout the construction of the new model to increase the strength and firmness and to decrease the cars weight.
The production version of the project AM310 Concept will debut at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in August, bringing together the 100th anniversary of the marquee Aston Martin.
