Techno Classica 2012
It's that time of the year again... From March 21st till March 25th, the Techno Classica show is being held in Essen, Germany. We went to take a look during yesterday's press day and will be going back again on Sunday, because one day isn't really enough if you want to have a close look at everything that's there. I'll be posting most of the Porsche stuff on a later date, because most of those pics are going to our Dutch RS magazine first. Here's a very small glimpse of what's there to see in Essen........ Volvo V40
Upcoming quick steps Fair in Geneva will be popular for lovers of premium compacts - there will be not only the premiere of the new Audi A3, but also the Volvo V40.
The appearance of the new Volvo V40 for those interested in the subject should be no surprise - as early as mid-December, the manufacturer officially presented the photo of the new compact covered with drapery, which, upon closer scrutiny, a lot was said about his body. Stylistic details, such as tail lights are the evolution of the solutions adopted in the latest models such as V60.
Four-wheel drive will be available in some versions, and the power source will be engines with capacities ranging from 1.4 to 1.8 liters. The list of equipment you want the improved system City Safety, which debuted in the XC60.

Try driving in a SUV made of Legos...
The folks at Legoland CA found a little bit of time to play a prank on their manager, Peter Ronchetti. They replaced his Volvo XC60 with a life-sized version of a Volvo XC60... made of Legos. It took 201,076 legos to complete, with the final project weighing in at 2934 pounds.
