Designer Ralph Lauren parts ways with customized Lamborghini Gallardo
Celebrity Car Blog reports that the designer extraordinaire and fellow New Yorker (and he's from the Bronx), Ralph Lauren, decides to sell one of his many cars via Ebay. Before I get into what car he's selling, I'll run down his current list of vehicles. Be prepared to be jealous...
According to his wikipedia page, Ralph currently burns rubber in 70 cars, most of them residing in Westchester County, New York. He owns a 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO, two Ferrari 250 Testa Rossas, three 1996 McLaren F1s (one of them an ultra-rare F1 LM), a Mercedes 300SL Gullwing, a 1929 Blower Bentley, one Bugatti Type 57SC Atlantic, a Porsche 997 GT3 RS, a Bugatti Veyron, a 1930 Mercedes-Benz CountTrossi SSK (aka "The Black Prince") a 1938 Alfa Romeo 8C 2900B Mille Miglia, a Lamborghini Reventón and the rare Reventón Roadster.
Now, Lauren decided to get rid on his fully customized Lamborghini Gallardo. This particular Gallardo was customized at the Lamborghini Factory, and is currently being sold by Bentley Lamborghini Gold Coast in Chicago. Let's run down the list of trinkets that a part of this 'ghini...
