Cartunes of Atlanta Customizes Megatron’s Porsche Panamera

You know I had to google Megatron because I honestly thought I was about to talk about a cartoon character, but come to find out, it's a football player. Anyhow, Cartunes of Atlanta had the pleasure of customizing Calvin "Megatron" Johnson's Porsche Panamera.

So far, CarTunes added Dual 10″ W6 enclosures covered in blue suede, JL Audio HD Amplifiers, Focal K2 Power Speakers, JL Audio ZR 8″ Midbass Drivers, Blue Suede Headliner, Custom High Flow Cats and Down Pipes, High Flow Intake, Custom Tuning, and there's more to come. Check it out...











I have to admit, that shade of blue is gorgeous. I've noticed that they forgot to mention the smoked tail lights and the color matching on the aftermarket wheels.

Not bad. Not bad at all...

CarTunes Shows off a Maserati Gran Turismo

CarTunes of Atlanta had the pleasure to work on a Maserati Gran Turismo. According the shop,

"Maserati’s have always been known for style, prestige, and class. For such a classy car, they really come with horrible factory sound systems. So we fixed that with a custom built JL Audio Subwoofer, Focal Speakers, JL Amplifiers, and a Kenwood touch screen navigation system to liven up the cabin and give this car bold audio quality it deserved.
We also fitted it with our Cartunes License to Speed package with the Blinder M27x and Escort 9500Ci Radar and Laser Diffusion products. But where’s the display? Look at the rear view mirror…….Ta-da!"

This Maserati looks great, but having one subwoofer in the trunk threw me off a bit.

2010 Chevy Camaro... That Belongs to Young Jeezy

I decided to dig in the crates a little bit and I came across Young Jeezy's Chevy Camaro that was customized by CarTunes of Atlanta. Jeezy decided that CarTunes is his car customizer of choice and they've laid hands on all of his cars- The Ferrari California, Porsche Carrera, Dodge Challenger, and the inspiration to one of his songs- a 2010 Chevy Camaro.

Once CarTunes got their hands on it, they performed the following procedures:

The hardworking guys of CarTunes of Atlanta released a helpful rundown of improving an Aston Martin DB9's sound system. Granted most of us probably will not own a DB9 (personally I would go for the Rapide over the DB9), it's great to know because you could recreate the list of materials to be used in your own vehicle, or CarTunes could do the same thing to an Envoy *smiles*.

(Someone likes Ludacris... But to check out sound systems, I always use a specific track- Swizz Beatz' Ghetto Stories from his first album. Sounds weird but the way Swizzy produced the song, sound systems in cars pick it up differently and you can tell in a heartbeat if your system isn't right with that one particular song, where most songs doesn't pick it up. I can't stand riding around a car with a messed up sound system. I'm also an artist, which explains why my idiosyncrasies are the way they are, and I'm very much okay with that.)

The hardworking folks at CarTunes of Atlanta just released shots of a 2012 Nissan GT-R Black Edition. The task at hand was to make it sound great and to also make it invisible, and as we all know, they've completed both tasks. To complete the task, they used: Top of the line Focal KRX3 Speakers, JL Audio HD Amplifiers, 2 JL Audio 8″ Subwoofers, Custom GT-R Embossed Sub Enclosure, and Cartunes License to Speed (Escort 9500CI and Blinder). Atlanta Falcons Ovie Mughelli's Audi A8 customized by CarTunes

CarTunes of Atlanta just released photos of their latest projects, a Chocolate 2012 Audi A8 dropped off by Atlanta Falcons player, Ovie Mughelli. According to CarTunes,

The new 2012 Audi A8 does everything, with built in Google Earth, 10″ rear seat monitors, a full Audi MMI multimedia interface, and so much more.
Well, the only problem is that you can’t do ANYTHING when you’re driving on the road. Audi locks down the navigation software and many other features when you’re in motion. So we used a module that was designed to unlock the radio thus allowing Mr. Mughelli to use his navigation and his many other features of his beautiful new A8 while in motion. We also gave it the Cartunes license to speed treatment and fit it with the Escort 9500CI and a Blinder Laser Jammer for maximum effectiveness against laser and speed guns in Atlanta.

Sadly, football doesn't do a thing for me, but the car looks great.

P.S. Ain't nothing wrong with chocolate... *smiles*, but if the car is a shade darker than your skin color, it wouldn't work for me.

According to the shop, "This AC Cobra outdoes the typical Blue/White color combo that is so attributed to the fame of the Cobra’s but instead puts a new twist on it giving it a stealthier more refined look. We had the opportunity to make this Cobra sound a whole lot better with new mids and highs by Focal along with a JL Audio amplifier to power it all and of course the Cartunes License to Speed with a 9500CI and Blinder Laser Diffusers.
